Lesson #1220 - Handicapped

Words cannot accurately describe my anger at people who do this. Sadly, I've seen people do it practically every day for the last three years. (Meaning park while non-handicapped, of course, not meaning a bat-swinging correction to the situation. You would have heard about the latter on the news, likely enough.)

Reminder: if you are going to link to STW, please do not rehost the comic images or link directly to the image itself. While rehosting is a pain for me and sometimes obnoxious, a link directly to the image is nearly as bad, as it just eats bandwidth and inevitably leads to rehosting soon after that. So please, just link directly to the STW page if there's a particular comic you really like. Thanks.
