Anyway, with the NCAA tournament beginning later this week, bracket week is back! As a reminder, it's not who beats who, it's what is the outcome if something goes up against something else. It's a nice change of pace for me, and it actually led to one of my favorite hatemails of all time, mainly because it included the immortal line, "No one outside academia gets the bracket thing." (I'm pretty sure whoever sent that email is either a caveman or someone with extremely limited interaction with most of society.)
