An "Act Concerning _____" is my new plan to seize control of leftovers in the fridge.

I really love the story because it just goes to show, if you have true power, you can make any intentions seem benevolent and good. "Act Concerning Cats" - oh, he intends to make sure cats are cared for! "Act Concerning Turtles" - yes, we must protect some of the more endangered species of turtles! "Act Concerning Horses" - yes, too many losing racehorses go straight from the track to the glue factory! It's just so utterly perfect.
