Lesson #3426-3429 - Home Repairs

We've been repairing a bunch of stuff lately, and I've been in more crawlspaces than I like to count. I blame the previous home owner who used to bury glass and trash in the backyard and by all accounts was not all that together (at least he didn't do his own ductwork like the guy who had owned the first house we had an offer in on, which turned out to be sealed together with asbestos tape).
